Reviewed on 12th November 2009Reception arrangements were adequate.We then had to wait for about 20 minutes in the cold, wind and heavy rain under an inadquate shelter for the already available bus to be driven to the picking up point. Trip to airport O.K. but only one dropping off point! On return endured a 25 minute wait for transfer bus to arrive and ,on return to car park , found our car situated between two substantial potholes. It was not possible to get into the car without stepping into the water and so an hour's drive with wet feet. By far the worst parking experience we have encountered at either Manchester or Liverpool Airports. We will avoid Airparks at Handforth Dean even if it might cost slightly more elsewhere
